I bought this product after loosing quit a bit of hair after weight loss surgery and 2 pregnancies. I was a little skeptical at first but after reading some of the reviews and watching my hair fall out in the shower I decided it was worth a try. I opted to try Nioxin System 1 Cleanser & Scalp Therapy Duo. The set comes with a cleanser and scalp therapy conditioner. There is a wonderful minty smell and tingly feeling with this. An added plus is that it it not overly oily or drying to my hair. It leaves my hair just right. Use of these products is very straight forward just like any other shampoo and conditioner. I have been using this for about 4 months and have noticed a big difference with my hair falling out. My hair fallout has stopped almost completely and I no longer have the easy hair breakage that I used to have. I can even run my fingers through my hair while pulling and not have hair come out. My husband who was complaining his hair was thinning has also started using this with the same results. Thicker, fuller looking hair.
