Afer all the hype about this product I really wanted to like it. For the life of me I can not figure out all the hype in magazines around this product. The only thing I found likeable about this product at all was the packaging. I really like the colors. The product claims to condition as it thickens, not clump, not glob, has a lash-doubling formula glides on smooth to build great-looking lashes and finally has a lash building brush makes it easy to get a full lash look. After trying to get this right and going through an entire tube I have found it to do the opposite of what it claims. It clumps, globs, smudges and has no effect on my lashes whatsoever. I also did not like the brush at all. This is the worst mascara I have ever tried.

Sometimes the classics are best. Like Elvis. Or peanut butter and jelly. Just because something is a classic doesn't mean it isn't good. This is very much the same thing with Maybelline Great Lash Mascara.
Professional makeup artists love Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. It comes in natural colors such as Black, Brown and Black/Brown. This is waterproof mascara that will stand up to a bad breakup or a bad rainstorm. It is comfortable and easy to wear.
Personally, I hate it when you put on mascara and you can "feel" it, maybe it makes you feel itchy or something. You know? You can just feel it on your eyelashes. That makes me go in the ladies room and rub it off my eyelashes. It doesn't matter where I am, I'll want it OFF my face! But with Maybelline Great Lash Mascara it can be a hundred degree high humidity day and I can still wear it with no problem. It is a very gentle and comfortable to wear formula. Gotta love the classics!
