I received Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover as a gift July. I have been using it for about 4 months now and am very impressed. It is not cheap but is simply the best makeup remover that you can use. I have used many makeup removers and this is the only product I have ever used that removes everything with ease. Everything including waterproof will melt right off with no problem. It is no wonder this gets the reviews it does. It is a light oily liquid but does not leave your skin feeling oily. It is very mild. It has never bothered my eyes. It is very quick at removing eye makeup and hardly requires any rubbing. To use around my eyes I simply apply a little to a cotton ball and wipe the makeup off. It is just like erasing the makeup. It makeup is literally gone in seconds. I highly recommend this to anyone. Especially to people with sensitive eyes.
