Despite all the stories about Hydroderm's customer service I decided to try this
for myself. I am glad I did. This product does work as described. All customer
service problems aside this product did work for me and I am glad I tried it. I
have been using it for about 6 months. It has made my skin look younger and more
healthy. I did not start to see any noticeable results until after a month using
this. After the first month I could see my fine lines and wrinkles start to
improve. After the second month they were gone. I get many, many complements on
how much firmer and younger my skin looks. I think to many people do not give it
enough time to start working. I will admit I did get a little nervous about how
long it took to see results but everyone is different. It worked so well for me
that I started my husband using it. He started to see results very quickly.
After 2 weeks using this his wrinkles were almost completely gone. Overall you
should not let other people's experiences determine whether or not you try
something. What works for some may not work for all.

Product works as described and rather quickly. I received a number of compliments regarding how much better I look. Over time it just got better and better. Shipment is late this month. I have some hesitation to try to contact their customer service given the number of seriously negative reviews regarding their customer service. As I am out of the product I am using a Loreal serum instead. It is a trial for me to see if that can work just as well as it would be quite a bit less expensive and would not contain some baby cow collagen just for the sake of my vanity.

I have been using Hydroderm for a few years. I liked the way my skin looked after using it for 6 weeks. I sent some to my 71 year old mom and she loved the product too. At 52 and using this product for 2 years I look younger than I did at 48. My mom is getting compliments about her age as well. We do have good genes and we dont have hanging wrinkles but the lines that we did have are gone. I am very happy with Hydroderm and will continue to use it as long as they are in business.
