3-6 ripe strawberries
1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking soda plus 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon (5 ml) cream of tartar
1 cup water
To Make
1: Make a puree of the strawberries into a blender or a similar device.
2: Pour the fruit into a small custard size dish.
To Use
1: Use a brush or a toothbrush to paste the berries onto your teeth.
2: Let the paste sit for 5 minutes.
3: Now add 1 teaspoon of the baking soda and the cream of tartar to a cup of water.
4: Swish the soda water around in your mouth in circular motion.
5: Brush your teeth with 1 teaspoon of plain baking soda.
6: Rinse with cool water.
This makes 1 treatment.
