Herbal Tea Recipe

8 ounces (227 g) water
1 tablespoon (15 ml) of any of the following herbs (1 teaspoon [5 ml] dried):
Lovage
Peppermint
Thyme
Sagebrush
Cleavers
To Make
1: Bring the water to boil.
2: Put the herbs into a glass jar and pour the boiling water over the herbs and cover it.
3: Steep flowers briefly for 5 minutes.
4: Steep leafy material for 20 minutes.
5: Strain out herbs and reserve the liquid.
To Use
1: Drink 3 cups a day for best results.
This makes 1 cup.
