After seeing a couple of negative reviews online when these first came out I still decided to buy one to try it for myself. Most of the negative reviews seemed to be about gel leakage. Luckily mine did not have that problem and the gel was right where it was supposed to be and stayed there as well. I should point out that I do not have any kind of tooth or gum sensitivity and have never experienced any either. I have also read reviews from some reviewers that said this irritated their teeth or gums and that they became sensitive and could not use the Glo system. Luckily I did not have any tooth or gum sensitivity to the Glo system. The Glo system is quite impressive and comes with: whitening mouthpiece and case - whitening gels (g-vials) 10pk refill - Glo control - charging dock - USB power plug - lip care - travel bag. As you can see it comes with a lot of accessories. I think this also helps justify the initial cost of the Glo system. The 10 vials equals 40 applications. I give the Glo system a big 4 stars. It works very well and very quickly. I saw results after the 3rd use. I expected it to take a little longer and was very surprised how quickly it works. I love it, definitely a great investment. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a brighter and whiter smile.
