I wanted to take a moment to give you the background on the line, and
where we are going. We developed the Evolution Skin Therapy line after several
years of intense study and scrutiny of the skin care market. What intrigued us
most is that there were several products that did perform very well in their
respective categories, and many more that did not perform as well. I also
noticed that the consumer market seemed to segment somewhat when it came to
those who preferred botanical based products, or those that preferred a more
intense cosmeceutical brand.
Our development concept for Evolution Skin Therapy was to address both areas. After reviewing all of the products that performed well, we identified those key ingredients from each product, and began researching a way to combine them into one product. For example you may have one product that firms the skin exceptionally well, and the key ingredient is DMAE. And then you may have a different product that reduces wrinkles very well, and the key ingredient was Peptides or Argerilene or SYN-AKE. I decided to create a product that would contain all of these ingredients. The result is a range of 3 products that are all multifunctional, and that have amazing performance levels.
The other key component was to address the two market segments with regards to botanical or cosmeceutical. Our goal was to create a new product category called "Botaniceutical". This means that each of our products contain a strong base pure botanical extracts, with the remainder being advanced cosmeceutical grade active ingredients. Our studies indicate that this new range of products will be attractive to all consumers who are faithful to either botanical or cosmeceutical products. Now we can offer them the best of both worlds. In addition we formulated each of the products to be free of parabens, artificial color, and artificial fragrance.
The last key component was to create an effective delivery system. Clinical studies have proven that you can have all of the best ingredients in a product, but if you do not have an effective method to deliver them to the areas and various layers of the skin that need it most, then the product is ineffective. We have developed an exclusive "T3 Time Released Delivery System". This delivery system combines various forms of micro- encapsulation and triple emulsions to insure that the correct ingredients can be targeted into the areas of the skin that need it most.
